 2 tbsp Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 2 black tea bags (or green tea)
 ½ cup sugar
 1 SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast)
 1 gallon water

  1. Boil 4 cups of water, steep hibiscus + tea bags + sugar, let cool.
  2. Add to a clean jar, top with remaining water.
  3. Add SCOBY, cover with cloth, and ferment 7–10 days.
  4. Optional: Bottle with fruit for second fermentation.
