 5 cups water
 1 tbsp grated ginger
 ½ tsp cloves
 1 cinnamon stick
 ¼ cup orange juice
 Sweetener to taste

  1. Simmer hibiscus, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon in water for 20 mins.
  2. Add orange juice and sweetener, stir, and strain.
  3. Serve hot or chilled.
