FLAVOUR PROFILE

HOW TO USE

Add 1 teaspoon of dried valerian root to a cup of freshly boiled water.

Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

Strain and enjoy.

For a smoother taste, blend with chamomile, passion flower, lemon balm or a little honey.
