 ½ cup hot water
 1 banana
 ½ cup mixed berries
 ½ cup yogurt or plant milk
 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  1. Steep hibiscus in hot water 10 mins, strain & cool.
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
