A zesty vinaigrette made with hibiscus tea and citrus juice.

Hibiscus Salad Dressing

 1 tbsp Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 ½ cup cup hot water
 ¼ cup cup olive oil
 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
 1 tsp mustard
 1 tsp honey or agave
 Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Steep petals in hot water for 10 mins; cool and strain.
  2. Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
  3. Store in fridge and shake before use.
