Hibiscus Rice (Zobo Rice)

 1 cup rice (jasmine or basmati)
 5 ½ cups water
 1 tbsp Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 Salt to taste

  1. Boil water with hibiscus petals for 10 minutes. Strain.
  2. Rinse rice, add to hibiscus-infused water.
  3. Cook as normal.
  4. Fluff and serve with grilled veggies or proteins.
