Hibiscus Popsicles

 2 tbsp Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 5 ½ cups water
 ½ cup fruit puree (mango, pineapple, or berries)
 23 tbsp honey or agave

  1. Steep hibiscus in boiling water for 10 mins; strain and cool.
  2. Blend with fruit puree and sweetener.
  3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
