 1 cup hot water
 1 cup sparkling water
 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
 Mint leaves or berries for garnish
 Ice cubes

  1. Steep hibiscus in hot water for 10 minutes, then cool.
  2. Mix hibiscus tea with citrus juice and sparkling water.
  3. Serve in a cocktail glass over ice with garnish.
