Hibiscus Marinated Red Onions

 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
 1 tbsp Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 ½ cup cup hot water
 2 tsp vinegar (apple cider or white)
 ½ tsp sugar
 • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Steep petals in hot water for 10 mins and strain.
  2. Combine with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  3. Pour over onions and let sit for 30 mins or refrigerate overnight.
