 ½ cup lime juice
 1 apple, chopped
 1 orange, sliced
 1 cinnamon stick
 Sparkling water or white grape juice (to top)

  1. Steep hibiscus petals in water 10 mins, strain & cool.
  2. Mix all juices and fruits with tea, chill for 2+ hours.
  3. Top with sparkling water before serving.
