A tangy-sweet glaze using hibiscus concentrate and honey.

 2 tbsp Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 ¼ cup honey
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 1 tsp soy sauce
 4 chicken thighs
 Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Steep hibiscus in ½ cup hot water for 15 minutes. Strain.
  2. In a saucepan, combine hibiscus tea with honey, vinegar, and soy sauce. Simmer until syrupy.
  3. Season chicken, bake or pan-sear until cooked through.
  4. Brush glaze over chicken and bake an extra 5–10 minutes.
