Hibiscus Baked Goods

 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
 ½ cup sugar
 ½ cup milk (steeped with 2 tbsp hibiscus petals)
 ¼ cup oil
 1 egg
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp vanilla
 Optional: Add crushed hibiscus petals into the batter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Steep petals in warm milk, then strain and cool.
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
  4. Pour into muffin tins and bake for 18–22 minutes.
