 ½ cup Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 ½ cup water
 ½ cup sugar
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ tsp grated ginger

  1. Simmer hibiscus, water, and sugar in a saucepan for 10–15 mins.
  2. Add lemon juice and ginger; continue cooking until thickened.
  3. Blend for smoother texture or leave chunky.
  4. Cool and store in a jar.
