 ½ cup Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 1 cup water
 1 cup sugar (or coconut sugar)
 1 tsp lemon juice or zest

  1. Bring water and hibiscus petals to a boil. Simmer 10–15 minutes.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice; stir until dissolved.
  3. Strain and store in a clean bottle.
  4. Use in drinks, desserts, or salad dressings.

Yields: ~200ml syrup
