Traditional West African/Caribbean chilled hibiscus beverage made with spices and pineapple.

 1 cup Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
 6 cups Water
 1 tbsp Grated ginger
 1 tsp Cloves (optional)
 ½ cup Pineapple juice (or slices)
 Sweetener to taste (honey, agave, or sugar)

  1. Rinse hibiscus petals in water to remove dust.
  2. Boil petals with ginger and cloves for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Add pineapple juice and let simmer for 5 more minutes.
  4. Strain and cool.
  5. Sweeten to taste and chill before serving.
