Traditional West African/Caribbean chilled hibiscus beverage made with spices and pineapple.

1 cup Just Camellia Hibiscus Petals
6 cups Water
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tsp Cloves (optional)
½ cup Pineapple juice (or slices)
Sweetener to taste (honey, agave, or sugar)

- Rinse hibiscus petals in water to remove dust.
- Boil petals with ginger and cloves for 15–20 minutes.
- Add pineapple juice and let simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Strain and cool.
- Sweeten to taste and chill before serving.
